Since beginning his real estate investing career in 2011 Ian has done everything from house hacking, flips, small and mid-sized multifamily and up to 175-unit large scale syndications at one point reaching over $30M and 255 units in multifamily assets in WA and AZ under management.


After exiting the syndication world in 2021, netting his investors over $7M in combined profit, Ian shifted his focus to the development of infill projects including ADU/DADU's where he believes we have a once in a lifetime opportunity to take advantage of the changing laws and increasing density around the country to combat the housing crisis.

At any given time Ian has 10 or more ADU/DADU projects in various stages of permitting and development for himself and clients and is excited to help you learn how you can take advantage of this opportunity.
