After exiting the syndication world in 2021, netting his investors over $7M in combined profit, Ian shifted his focus to the development of infill projects including ADU/DADU's where he believes we have a once in a lifetime opportunity to take advantage of the changing laws and increasing density around the country to combat the housing crisis.
At any given time Ian has 10 or more ADU/DADU projects in various stages of permitting and development for himself and clients and is excited to help you learn how you can take advantage of this opportunity.
